PARTICIPATING ARTISTS
The event consists of two main phases:
1- Exhibition or sample of the proposals and authors in the gallery.
Exhibition: 02/12/2015 – 09/01/2016
2- Sharing and listing of the selected authors in a publication or electronic book of the work of each creator and its subsequent dissemination. Above all, the quality of the work and of the personal creative and research project as a whole is taken into account, regardless of their experience, professional career or age. The publication shows texts by the authors and more works and information, links, interviews, websites... etc.
Special attention is given to the voices of the authors themselves, asking them for texts that explain their work and personal concerns.
In this way you can understand and see more completely, the work of each personal project.
HERE AND NOW 4 - "LES DÈLINQUANTS DE L´INUTILE. UTOPIE"
This year we highlight the participation, in addition to national authors, creators from other countries such as Brazil and Finland.
We believe that the most important thing is the online publication where the lines of work of each author will be shown in greater detail and depth. The fundamental objective is to disseminate the work of these creators and at the same time encourage dialogue and favor the interrelation between different discourses and ways of understanding creation and the current moment. And this, precisely, seems to us essential and very enriching at all levels.
The Aquí y Ahora project with each edition, this is already the fourth, is consolidating itself as a reference within the current panorama of contemporary creation. growing and expanding its discourse and proposal through a large family of creators who participate and interact in it. It is a continuous work in progress, slow but constant over the years and editions, built based on wills and individual creations focused on offering different visions of a social, political and economic state, mutant and changing, hinting that other worlds and modes of management may be possible and absolutely necessary. A small reflection of the creative experience of each individual Here and Now.
