PSJM is an artistic team formed in 2003 by Pablo San José (Mieres, 1969) and Cynthia Viera (Las Palmas, 1973) that operates from Berlin. PSJM behaves like a commercial brand of ultimate art that raises questions about the work of art before the market, communication with the consumer or function as an artistic quality, making use of the communicative resources of spectacular capitalism to highlight the paradoxes. that produce its chaotic development. PSJM have exhibited in cities such as New York (“The Real Royal Trip… by the Arts”, PS1-MOMA. In collaboration with El Perro and Aitor Méndez. / DIVA NY 07, Blanca Soto Gallery), Basel (Volta 07, Riflemaker Galler ), Miami (Pulse 08, Espacio Líqudo Gallery), Berlin (Whiteconcepts / Freies Museum / Kwadrat), Sao Paulo (Baró Cruz Gallery), Stockholm (WIP:sthlm) or London (Riflemaker Gallery / A Foundation) and also in numerous exhibitions collective and individual in Spain (Artium, MNCARS, DA2, Fundación Tapies, CAAM, TEA, Labor…). PSJM have been included in the publication “Younger than Jesus. Artist Directory. The essential handbook to the future of art” from the New Museum in New York, edited by Phaidon; They have also been included among the 100 most representative artists of international political art in the book "Art & Agenda: Political Art and Activism", edited by Gestalten.
